In YSTU is preparing about 5000 students full-time and correspondence forms of training, including 200 from the CIS countries and far abroad. The University provides pre-university training enrollees, higher, additional programmes and postgraduate professional education.

YSTU provides education for 54 programmes of higher professional education (HBO), of which 4 program specialist degrees, 28 undergraduate and 22 programs in the directions of the Magistracy.
